HISTORY OF OUR COMPANY

2015-16 year - the establishment of the company. Austrian investors made a decision and launched a project to build a plant for the production of wooden pallets near the village of Zavodske, Busky district, Lviv region.


2017 year - purchase of sawmills and start of production. The production capacity is 300 pallets per day.


2018 year - optimization of the production process is carried out, which leads to an increase in the volume of production to 600 pallets per day. Additional equipment purchased to increase the volume of roundwood processing.

At the end of the year, the investors decided to change the management of the company, which led to the decline of the plant and a drop in production volumes to 350 pallets per day.


2019 year - under the leadership of management, the plant was on the verge of bankruptcy and the threat of closure. 

2020 is the year - At the end of the year, new local partners join the company for the purpose of company development. Despite the Corona virus epidemic and the general stagnation of markets in the world, thanks to professionalism, knowledge of the local market, and painstaking hard work, the new partners managed to increase the production capacity up to 1000 pallets per day.


2021 year - a year of large investments. All investors unanimously decided to invest the received income in the development of the enterprise. What was done:

  • acquired and installed a Polish-made automatic line for the production of EPAL1 pallets. EPAL license obtained. 
  • a new boiler house was built
  • new Kiln drying chambers were purchased and installed
  • three forklifts purchased
  • repaired and put into operation equipment for the production of wood chips, and the Italian line for the production of wood pellets(6 mm) for domestic stoves heating
  • repair of industrial and social premises carried out to improve the environment for the company's workers 

The production volume increased to 1500 pallets per day.


2022 year in less than a year, we achieved new goals 

  • Italian Kiln drying chambers were upgraded and put into operation. The total volume of the chambers increased to 500m3.
  • a new shed was built for product storage
  • new equipment for wood logs sawing was purchased
  • aspiration equipment purchased and installed on the sawing line
  • acquired and installed a second line for the production of wood pellets 6mm for domestic stoves
  • more than 3,000 m2 were paved with paving stone to improve the handling and transportation of products on the territory of the production.

The production capacity increased to 2300-2500 pallets per day

  • acquisition of an additional new line for the production of EPAL pallets
  • acquisition of additional drying chambers(KD)
  • construction of a warehouse for wood pellets storage
  • acquisition of additional forklifts and handling equipment
  • construction of additional office premises
